Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders from Different Strokes’ website.

You may only place an order for goods if you agree to these terms and conditions. By placing an order you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.

It is prohibited to reproduce the images in the Different Strokes shop for any purpose whatsoever.

Different Strokes will use all profits to provide services to support younger stroke survivors.

Prices are guaranteed with the exception of any changes in the rate of VAT or the imposition of any other taxes.

Your payment details are given using a secure server. To check you are in a secure area please look for the closed padlock at the bottom of your browser.

When you place your order you are allowing Different Strokes to use your personal details to fulfil your order. We will never pass your details to another organisation, but we may use them to tell you about something we think may be of interest to you, for example next years Christmas cards. If you would prefer not to receive such information please send us an email by clicking here.

In the event of there being a problem with your order we will contact you by telephone, email or Royal Mail post.

In the unlikely event of the goods you have ordered being unavailable we will contact you to offer an alternative, and if this is not acceptable we will issue a full refund.

We aim to process and despatch your order by Royal Mail within five working days. After this, please allow a further five working days for your goods to reach you.

A postage and packing charge of £2.95 is applied to all orders, irrespective of size.

We regret we can despatch to UK addresses only.

If your goods are lost or damaged in the post we will respond promptly with replacement goods or a refund on the understanding that you will co-operate fully with any Royal Mail investigation and will keep the damaged goods and packaging for the purpose of any such investigation.
