Hi Stuart and welcome to different strokes I to am a fan of velcro trainers.

I also type one handed I had my stroke almost 7 years ago this coming June.

you seem to be doing very well with your recovery, its a lot of hard work but well worth the effort, I still notice some small improvements even after this length of time.

keep up the good work dont let the frustrations get to you just try and find other ways to do what you want.

I find it easier to do things if I give a little thought of how to do them the easy way.
