Hi Mike and everyone,

Brilliant-you'll have to start a new company: Kung Fu house clearance!

I'll have a chat to the doc about 900mg, and get onto the self massage, thanks. Yes, stretching helps doesn't it. Another option the neuro-physio suggested is pregabalin AND amitriptyline but i'm apprihensive of cocktails. Has anyone tried this?

Also, does anyone else find that the pain 'pulls' from the base of the skull and the hip (at the back) and inside the pelvis, and the electric sander vibrations/pins and needles/sorenesss up and in from the hands, foot and face? Or maybe thats just my idiosyncrasy! :-)

Thanks for everyone's advice, it really helps.
