it wqas 8 years yesterday since i had my stroke i am still have no movement in my affected side but i can swim half a mile
i live independently with the hrlp of carers i go to tesos on my own on a regular basis i a;lso go in to my local town on my own
i also have a holiday year
i have 3 gret children and 3 wonderful grandchildren life is not too bad
