HI Mark, yes the seizures are foul and really scary too. i call them fits but mine are controlled completely by Epilin(Sodium Valporate)i hardly ever get one nowadays- its not too bad for causing the drowsy fog with which we are all familiar i guess. i take 2 a day , one in morning, one at bedtime and no more fits
